The IAGS TREM Center occassionally has openings for interns.

Undergraduates, recent graduates and graduate students with an interest in policy as it relates to energy security, defense and energy technology, natural resources, or international affairs are invited to apply.

Interns may be asked to develop databases of relevant information, perform secondary research for articles, develop presentations and support TREM Center activities.

Interns should expect to work autonomously and take initiative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a knack for research, excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail. They will follow instructions in a precise manner, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong writing and oral skills are required as is  strong understanding of government, contemporary issues in foreign affairs, and journalism are preferred. Applicants should indicate their proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet use and other relevant programs.
